What does the $199 Essential package include?+
It includes the website build within the Essential scope above, standard revisions within that scope until approval, help connecting your domain and business email, and 30 days of launch support. Any separate provider charges, such as a domain or email subscription, are not included.
What is Brimult Care?+
Care is optional year-round support after launch. It covers small content changes, email and WhatsApp help, contact-link checks, and minor fixes. The monthly and annual price depends on the package you choose.
What does the annual Care price mean?+
It covers twelve months of support paid upfront at a lower total price. Essential is $399/year, Growth is $599/year, and Complete is $999/year.
When do I pay?+
No upfront payment is required for the agreed website scope. We build a working version for your review, complete the included corrections, and request payment after you approve the agreed scope. Final public launch and handoff happen after payment. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed separately before work begins.
Can you work with my existing domain, email, or website?+
Yes. Send the details or the current website and we can work around what you already have. We will explain anything we need from you in plain language.
What revisions are included?+
Standard revisions to the agreed pages, content, and features are included until you approve the agreed scope. New pages, new systems, or a different project are quoted separately.
What happens if I need something outside a package?+
We will tell you before doing extra work. You can choose a higher package or receive a separate written scope for the additional request.
