Brimult provides custom website design and development services. Because each project involves work specific to the individual client and their business, the following refund terms apply.
$199 Project Initiation Payment
A $199 project initiation payment is required before work begins.
This payment is credited toward the total agreed price of the website. It is not an additional charge.
12-Hour Cancellation Period
You may cancel your project within 12 hours of making the $199 payment and receive a full refund.
After the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, the $199 project initiation payment becomes non-refundable.
Cancellation After 12 Hours
If you decide not to continue with the project after the 12-hour cancellation period, the $199 project initiation payment will not be refunded.
This applies if you:
- change your mind about proceeding with the website;
- decide you no longer require the website;
- choose another provider; or
- otherwise voluntarily cancel the project.
Any amount paid beyond the $199 initiation payment will be handled according to the work completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.
If Brimult Cannot Complete the Project
If Brimult is unable to complete the website or provide the agreed service, the $199 project initiation payment will be refunded in full.
The non-refundable initiation payment does not apply where Brimult is unable to provide the agreed project.
Client Inactivity or Failure to Provide Information
Website projects may require information, feedback, approvals, access credentials, content, or other cooperation from the client.
If a project cannot progress because the client stops responding or does not provide information or access reasonably required to complete the project, the $199 project initiation payment remains non-refundable.
Brimult may place an inactive project on hold and discuss arrangements for restarting it if the client later wishes to continue.
Remaining Project Balance
The $199 initiation payment is deducted from the total project price.
Any remaining balance will be due according to the payment terms agreed for the project.
Once the website is completed, Brimult may publish the website and transfer the agreed website files, assets, domain access, or other deliverables to the client as applicable to the project.
Completed Work
Once the agreed website has been completed, transferred, and delivered, payments for the completed work are non-refundable.
A change of preference, change of business plans, or decision not to use the completed website does not create a right to a refund.
If the delivered website materially differs from the scope agreed between Brimult and the client, the client should contact Brimult so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected.
Revisions and Additional Work
Revisions included within the agreed project scope will be completed according to the terms agreed for the project.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional payment and will be discussed with the client before additional work is undertaken.
Third-Party Costs
Domains, hosting, paid software, premium assets, or other services purchased from third parties may be subject to the third party's own refund terms.
Where Brimult purchases a third-party product or service specifically for a client with the client's approval, that cost may be non-refundable once incurred.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund during the applicable refund period, email connect@brimult.com and provide sufficient information for us to identify your project and payment.
Approved refunds will be returned through an appropriate available payment method.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
